The recently renovated 100m2 apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It is comfortable and inviting. Each room is equipped with French windows that open onto the orchard, creating a pleasant feeling of freedom in the internal-external continuity. The living room is the heart of the house: a large space, embellished with a fireplace and an ancient vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen opens onto a cozy porch, which offers the opportunity to amiably chatting, sipping a coffee.
The bedroom is furnished with recently restored 1920s walnut furniture, while the small bedroom is furnished with new furniture. Bed bases and mattresses are new.
The spacious bathrooms are both equipped with all amenities; in the second bathroom there are also a washing machine and a sink.
